The Platinum Group Public Company Limited, led by Executive Vice President – Marketing, Ms. Suthita Chotjurangkool and CBRE (Thailand) Company Limited, led by Managing Director Ms. Roongrat Veeraparkkaroon, signed a contract appointing CBRE Thailand as the sole agent in the lease of Pier 111, a prime office space at the mixed-use project, the Market Bangkok, which comprises retail mall with flagship stores, fashion boutiques and restaurants, and leading branded hotel. Pier 111 covers 38,000 sq. m. total lettable area. The building is located in an area with high business potential, Ratchaprasong road, and has amenities and facilities that will appeal to Thais, foreigners, and in particular multinational corporates (MNC). The project is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2022. The signing ceremony was attended by management teams including Mr. Pichai Yimjaipoonsub, Ms. Amornpun Methasongsatit, Ms. Maneerat Vichitrattana, and Mr. Sarut Virakul.
The Pier 111 office building was built with the concept of “Countless Opportunities – Limitless Connectivity” – a pier in the heart of the city designed to be the center of opportunities to accommodate business growth while providing limitless connectivity to surrounding communities and lifestyle hubs to let the occupants embrace life fully.
